Very nice pulling boat, built by one of the best yards currently operating in the world. Seaworthy, fun, good exercise, perfect for an early morning pull in sheltered waters, for the kids to play on, or of course to tow behind your boat, drop anchor, and take this little pulling boat to land in style. Price is before refinishing.  Topsides need paint, and bottom seams could be reefed out, recaulked and payed, although if the boat can live in the water it will swell and hold perfectly well. Minor crack in one rail needs repair. Varnish needs to be scuffed and recoated. Total repairs done at Hall's would be roughly $4000.
